  • Any accessories, manuals, or related items provided with the product must also be included when returning.
  • Timeframe: Customers must return the product to any CyberBrain24 branch within 24 hours of delivery.

Faulty Products:

  • If a product is faulty, it must be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and other items that were included.
  • Timeframe: Faulty products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Incompatibility:

  • Returns are not accepted for products that are fully functional but found to be incompatible with other devices owned by the customer.

Inspection:

  • All returned products will be inspected upon receipt to confirm the condition and eligibility for return.

Return Approval:

  • If the return conditions are met, the customer will be eligible for a product replacement.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Additional fees such as payment gateway charges, EMI processing fees, bKash charges, or card processing fees are non-refundable.
  • If the customer availed any cashback offer during the purchase, the cashback amount will be adjusted at the time of refund.
