Unopened and Intact Products:
- All stickers, seals, and markings on the product must be unopened and intact.
- Any accessories, manuals, or related items provided with the product must also be included when returning.
- Timeframe: Customers must return the product to any CyberBrain24 branch within 24 hours of delivery.
Faulty Products:
- If a product is faulty, it must be returned in the original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and other items that were included.
- Timeframe: Faulty products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Incompatibility:
- Returns are not accepted for products that are fully functional but found to be incompatible with other devices owned by the customer.
Inspection:
- All returned products will be inspected upon receipt to confirm the condition and eligibility for return.
Return Approval:
- If the return conditions are met, the customer will be eligible for a product replacement.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Additional fees such as payment gateway charges, EMI processing fees, bKash charges, or card processing fees are non-refundable.
- If the customer availed any cashback offer during the purchase, the cashback amount will be adjusted at the time of refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled through the website before the order confirmation call.

Important Notes:
- Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged without a valid reason such as product defect or shipping error.
- If the product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or physical damage, the return and refund policy will not be applicable.
- Used products cannot be returned unless they are defective within the initial return period.
