To ensure your satisfaction and protection, we offer a warranty on select products and services. By purchasing or engaging with our services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this warranty policy.
General Warranty Terms
Manufacturer’s Warranty:
The warranty we provide is a manufacturer’s warranty. This means that the manufacturer or brand is responsible for handling any warranty claims. CyberBrain24 acts as a facilitator to ensure that the manufacturer's warranty terms are applied.
Warranty Coverage:
Only products and services explicitly stated to have a warranty period on the invoice or service agreement from CyberBrain24 are eligible for warranty service. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase or service completion.
Product Repair or Replacement:
In the event of a defect, CyberBrain24 will forward the product or issue to the manufacturer or authorized service center for resolution. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace the defective item within the warranty period.
Warranty Period:
The warranty period varies by product or service and will be specified in the invoice or service agreement. Some products may come with a lifetime warranty (subject to availability and production of the product), while others may have a fixed term (e.g., 1 year, 2 years).
Processing Time:
Repairs or replacements may take anywhere from 5 to 45 business days or longer, depending on the nature of the product and availability of parts. If parts need to be imported, the process may be delayed.
Replacement Conditions:
If a product cannot be repaired and a replacement model is unavailable, a product of equivalent value or an upgrade may be offered. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any price difference. The replacement product will carry the same warranty period as the original purchase date.
Data Loss:
CyberBrain24 is not responsible for any loss of data, software, or settings on devices undergoing warranty service. We strongly recommend that customers back up all data before submitting products for warranty service.
Warranty Limitations
Damage Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, water exposure, drops, fire, or unauthorized repairs. Any attempt by the customer to open or repair the product will void the warranty.
Accessory Warranty:
Accessories such as cables, adapters, and cooling fans that are provided with the main product do not come with a warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Excluded Components:
Some components such as printer cartridges, toners, rollers, ribbons, batteries, and certain consumables may have limited or no warranty. Warranty for these items will be as per the manufacturer’s terms.
Display & Monitor Warranty:
Warranty claims for monitors or displays require a minimum of 3 dead pixels. Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, is not covered under warranty.
Physical Damage:
Any physical damage to the product or its components, such as bent or broken pins on motherboards or processors, will void the warranty.
International Warranty:
International warranties are only valid if specified on the invoice. Warranty claims must be made in countries where the manufacturer has service centers, and customers are responsible for any shipping costs.
Service Warranty (for IT Solutions)
Managed IT Services, Network Infrastructure, Software Development, and More:
CyberBrain24 provides a service warranty for all our technical solutions. If there are issues with services rendered (e.g., Managed IT, Network Infrastructure, or Software Development), we will offer remediation within the warranty period as stated in your service agreement.
- Labor Warranty: For IT services, CyberBrain24 will provide free labor for any necessary repairs or adjustments covered under the warranty.
- Parts Warranty: Any parts or components used during repairs will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and additional charges may apply for replacement parts.
Customer Responsibilities
Original Receipt:
Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase from CyberBrain24. Without this, warranty service cannot be provided.
Product Condition:
Products submitted for warranty claims must be complete, including all accessories and packaging. Incomplete products will not be eligible for warranty claims.
Data Backup:
Customers are responsible for backing up any personal data, logging out, and deactivating any accounts on products before submitting them for warranty service.
Service Use:
For IT services, customers are responsible for providing accurate system information and cooperating with CyberBrain24’s technical team during the warranty process.
Service Warranty for Software and Solutions
For our software development services, including ERP & CRM Solutions, POS Solutions, IoT, and Automation, CyberBrain24 ensures the quality and functionality of the delivered software according to the agreed-upon scope. Any post-implementation support needed due to software bugs or issues will be covered under the service warranty within the agreed-upon timeframe.
